A small room, an open fire, and the produce of the week.

We opened Meridian in 2019 with two things in mind: that great food should respond to its season, and that a restaurant should feel like the home you'd build if you cooked for a living.

Our menu changes every two weeks. Sometimes daily, when the right thing arrives. We work directly with growers and fishermen across the south of England, and the menu is short on purpose — what's on the plate is what was at its best that morning.

There's no dress code. There's a wood fire we cook half the menu over. There's a small but considered list of low-intervention wines. We hope you'll come.
